Board of Directors

Our work is guided by our Board of Directors in addition to advisory committees that inform the work of the Board and Staff of the organization.

Executive Committee

The Board Officers, or Executive Committee, provides leadership for the Board of Directors and ensures that the Board is meeting its mission and obligations.

Community Development & Housing

Established to support and advise the Board of Directors in fulfilling its duties and its responsibility to guide LT’s community planning, development, and housing work related to organizational mission and vision. If interested in joining this committee, please reach out to [email protected]

Finance Committee

Established to support the Board of Directors in fulfilling its fiduciary duties and its responsibility to oversee the LC’s financial strategies and performance.

Business District Advisory Committee

Established to support the Board of Directors in facilitating the needs and activities of Lawrenceville’s business district alongside LT’s communications, membership, and outreach. If interested in joining this committee, please reach out to [email protected]

Membership Committee

Responsible for ensuring that Lawrenceville Together has a strong membership program that provides credibility, transparency, and equity; capacity and power; community-centric funding; and community. If interested in joining this committee, please reach out to [email protected]

Governance Committee

Assists the Board of Directors in fulfilling its responsibilities regarding matters that relate to governing the organization. The basic role of a governance committee is to establish and/or maintain the policies, structures, and practices that enable the board to govern the organization effectively.

Equity and Inclusion

Responsible for ensuring that Lawrenceville Together embraces equity as the overarching lens to guide and measure its work.
